At our studio, we understand that every body is different. Whether you're recovering from injury, managing chronic pain, or looking to improve your movement patterns with professional support, our 1:1 Clinical Pilates sessions are designed with you in mind.

What is 1:1 Clinical Pilates?

Clinical Pilates is a tailored approach to movement and rehabilitation. In a private 45-minute session, you'll work closely with an instructor who will assess your needs, design a customised program, and guide you through exercises that support your specific goals—whether that’s reducing pain, increasing strength, improving posture, or needing a bit of guidance.

How to Book

Booking your 1:1 session is simple:

  1. Initial Assessment – If you’re new to the studio or Clinical Pilates, your first session will be an in-depth assessment to understand your movement history, goals, and any injuries or conditions you may be managing.

  2. Choose Your Time – Sessions are available upon mutual agreement on date and time.  Give us a call, email us, or speak with us in person to find a time that suits you.

  3. Ongoing Support – Based on your assessment, we’ll recommend a frequency that best suits your progress. Many clients start with weekly or twice-weekly sessions before transitioning to group classes. Our goal is to ensure you feel comfortable in the setup that works for you.
