We understand that life happens, and sometimes plans change! To ensure fairness to all clients and instructors, we have the following cancellation policy in place:

Class Cancellations (clinical and group classes)

• 5-Hour Notice Required – Clients must cancel at least 5 hours before the scheduled class to avoid fees

• Late Cancellations & No-Shows – Cancellations made less than 5 hours before class start time will be charged the Late Cancellation Policy (see below)

Late Cancellation Policy 

At our studio, we work hard to create a supportive environment where every client has the opportunity to move, learn, and feel their best. To make this possible, we keep our classes small and personal, meaning each spot is valuable.

When a class or 1:1 session is cancelled at the last minute, it prevents others on the waitlist from being able to attend. To ensure fairness for everyone and to respect the time and resources involved, we’ll now be introducing a late cancellation surcharge.​

 

Cancellations made within the late cancel window (less than 5 hours) will incur a surcharge of $15.

This policy helps us keep classes running smoothly, minimise lost sessions, and offer available spots to others who are eager to attend.

 

We deeply value your commitment to your practice and appreciate your understanding as we put this policy in place. It allows us to continue providing the high-quality, small group and clinical Pilates experience you know and love.

 

The late cancellation policy will begin from 1 October 2025.​​

 

Late Arrivals

• To ensure a smooth class experience, please arrive on time.

• Clients arriving more than 10 minutes late may not be admitted to class and will forfeit their session without a refund.

 

Emergency Cancellations

• We understand that emergencies happen. If you have an urgent situation, please contact us directly, and we will do our best to accommodate.

 

How to Cancel

• Cancellations can be made via our online booking system, app, or by calling Cinzia.
